1. Acceptance of Terms

This website, located at gensaf.vercel.app (the "Service"), is provided as a free tool to assist students and organizations of LPU-Batangas in filling out official forms. The Service is developed by Charlz Felipe and is provided by the LPU-Batangas Computer Society ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service is a free, non-monetized, client-side application designed to generate a PDF document based on user input and a predefined template owned by the Office of Student Affairs (OOSA) of LPU-Batangas.

The variables collected (e.g., event titles, dates, organizational details) are used solely for populating the PDF form fields.
The Service is an assistance tool only. It does not guarantee the form's acceptance, completeness, or compliance with OOSA, College, or University regulations.

4. User Obligations and Acknowledgements

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

Accuracy of Data: All information you input is accurate, complete, and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that the completed form meets all requirements set forth by the Office of Student Affairs (OOSA), your respective College, and LPU-Batangas policies.
Official Review: You understand that the generated PDF must still be reviewed, submitted, and approved through the official University processes.

5. Intellectual Property and Licensing

5.1 Form Templates

The layout, structure, and content of the underlying form templates belong to the Office of Student Affairs (OOSA) of LPU-Batangas. This Service claims no intellectual property rights over the official form content. Your use of the Service is limited to filling out the form for its intended official purpose within the University.

5.2 Service Code

The source code of this Service, developed by Charlz Felipe, is provided as a free tool and is the property of the developer and the LPU-Batangas Computer Society.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully compatible with all devices.
The generated PDF will be accepted by the relevant LPU-Batangas office without required modifications.
The use of the Service will result in approval or success for your activity, event, or request.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the LPU-Batangas Computer Society and Charlz Felipe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, lost opportunities, administrative delays, or penalties arising out of or related to:

Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
Errors or inaccuracies in the data you input, or the resulting generated PDF.
The rejection or non-acceptance of a form completed using this Service.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Batangas City, Philippines.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
