Check the applicable LPU Core Values and verify all event details (title, date, time,
venue).
4 Fill in SAAF Information
Select applicable SDGs (AI can infer these too). Add learning outcomes, objectives, and
any expense items. Toggle on-campus and money-involved flags as needed.
5 Generate Your PDF
Click Generate SAAF PDF. The form downloads automatically and a preview
appears below the button.
